X-Wing Mats

Ok, so one of the first mats I did was a X-Wing mat for myself, and then I offered the design (and then a lot more designs) to community, and even though I going to start selling PVC mats, I made the decision as these mats were freely available that I would leave them so. But here is a simple guide to how to get them printed from Pixartprinting,

  1. Choose a Design from My Gallery and use the link in the description to download the full version (these are all quite large, considering they 100 / 150 dpi and 3 foot square designs.
  2. Go to Pixartprinting Banner I used 2 types from here:
    1. Extreme Classic PVC 500 gsm (from the PVC Banners)
    2. EcoFlat (which is a tougher material and lays flat quicker after being rolled up)
  3. Choose size and numbers
    Capture
Size for most want to be 91.44 cm x 91.44 cm, all the designs have the information in the Description within the gallery
  4. Choose delivery timescale (the longer you give them the cheaper it is)
  5. add the order to checkout and purchase.
  6. Once you purchased you be asked to upload the image, which you got in step 1.
  7. Wait for arrival of your new play mat.

Welcome to the Wolves Glade

Who am I. Well a gamer of well over 20 years. Who of late started doing some items to for locals and myself in the way of vinyl mats and other other accessories for Wargaming. So I decided to start offering these to the wider community. So first stage is this blog, there will be a store and other bits coming going forward.

So vinyl mats right now that are designed include Guildball and Malifaux, along with some plain generic ones. But what do mine offer over other options out there. Well I suppose the big one is price, I offering them at a low price, the material isn’t a nice as the neoprene backed ones but at 1/3 to 1/2 the price I find is great. I just supplied 8 mats for the local club for tournament running of Guildball, which if we gone down the Neoprene mats would have cost us over £200, which these mat’s cost less than £60 for the same number. Hopefully others will like them and decide to give them ago.
